Please note that the Department of Immigration aim to have 75% of partner visas processed within the time framesĀ mentioned above. We note however that in our experience, it may actually take substantially longer than the time frames mentioned above, and as such, we recommend you seek Migration Advice.

Are the Partner Visa Processing times Accurate?

Speaking to a number of migration agents around Western Australia, the answer is no – currently applicantsĀ are still waiting 12-15 months for visa applications to be processed. With that said, the numbers published by the Department of Immigration are representative of all the different processing offices around Australia.
